Azoneify operates the website https://azoneify.com, offering professional website creation services specifically tailored for doctors globally.

2. Services Provided

Azoneify creates professional websites for doctors based on the information submitted through an online questionnaire form. The websites are built primarily using the WordPress platform.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are encouraged to provide their own content, including text, images, logos, and any other materials for use on their websites.
  • If clients do not provide content, Azoneify reserves the right to use freely available content to complete the website.
  • Clients agree to respond promptly to requests for feedback or approvals to avoid delays in project delivery.

4. Delivery and Ownership

  • Every effort will be made to deliver the completed website as soon as possible, with a maximum delivery time of up to one week after full payment.
  • Upon delivery and final approval, full ownership and control of the website, including domain and hosting, will be transferred to the client.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

  • The total price for the website creation service is USD 999.
  • Once an order is placed and payment is made, the refund policy detailed below applies: Partial Refund Policy:
    Due to the immediate affiliate commission payment of USD 300 upon order placement, as well as costs incurred for domain, hosting, and freelancer fees, full refunds are not possible.
    • Refund requests may be made within 7 days of payment.
    • The maximum refund amount that can be issued is USD 500.
    • Refund requests made after 7 days of payment will not be accepted.
    • No refunds will be provided after the 7-day period.
  • By placing an order, clients acknowledge and accept this refund policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Azoneify is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use the services or website.
  • Uninterrupted service or freedom from errors or downtime, including those caused by third-party hosting or technical issues, cannot be guaranteed.
  • Clients acknowledge that the internet and third-party platforms (e.g., WordPress) may impact website performance beyond Azoneify’s control.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
